My roommates and I stopped in to crumble on Monday night after a long time studying for our finals and met the sweetest lady ever! Paula helped us choose our cookies and was very kind. We talked to her about our days and studying for finals and she was very sweet to talk to and her service was amazing!! We will be back to see Paula as she was a true gem of a person! The cookies were also delicious

Received cookies for my birthday on a Wed., went back late Sat night to get more of the one we all really liked before they were closed and changed cookies the next week! Lol Ordered through the app for curbside pickup. When we got there, a girl that was delivering to the car in front of us, skipped her way back to the store lol. Ours was out within a few minutes! Cookies smelled yummy all the way home! Will be enjoying these ones for the next few days!

The crew is so friendly, and they are making fresh cookies all day long! The choices each week are irresistible. At first I thought that wow that's kind of expensive but for how big the cookies are and how delicious they are a great price for the product! I highly recommend trying them out and getting the four pack to start! I couldn't wait till I got home to try a bite of each, so my pictures have a corner out of each one!

I’ve come here a couple times and each time I’ve had a great experience! The first time, I came with a group and we got 6 cookies. We couldn’t even finish them from how big they are! They were also delicious too! I especially enjoyed the peanut butter bar cookie. The employees are very kind and give us an enjoyable experience! I also came here on my birthday and I loved it sooo much! They give you a free cookie on your birthday if you sign up for their birthday club on the app. I love how the cookies literally are so warm and melt right in your mouth and how delicious the flavors are! Overall, I absolutely love this place and I can’t wait for the Rancho San Diego location to open! Also, thanks for making my birthday a lot more delicious!!

Cookies have been good. Curbside pickup is not great click on "Here" tells me I am 4th in line. Waiting the 2 cars in front of me must have gotten tried of waiting and went in to get theirs. Still haven't seen any cookies come out. 15 minutes and finally the cookies come out!! Real nice and polite kid delivers our box. We will hope for faster service next time. The box of cookies is warm!!!

The staff is always nice from the times I’ve gone, and it seems to always be clean and organized. Love crumbl !! First Box was the pineapple whip, Kentucky butter cake, snickerdoodle cupcake, galaxy brownie, and twix cookie. Second box orange creamsicle, honey bun, confetti cake, and buckeye brownie. Third box birthday cake Christmas, sticky bun, ginger snap, and lemon bar !!🤍
